Crestmont Country Club offers couples an elegant wedding venue in West Orange, New Jersey. Situated a half hour from midtown Manhattan, the pet-friendly club is a member-owned and family-oriented facility featuring a championship golf course designed by Scottish architect Donald Ross, a recently renovated clubhouse, and a beautiful ballroom to host intimate or extravagant events.

Facilities and Capacity

The club’s favorite areas to use for wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners include the Main Bar, the Ballroom, and their outdoor event spaces. The Main Bar is a large, cosmopolitan area featuring an extensive patio and panoramic views of the golf course and pristine grounds. Couples can use the space for 30 to 100 of their friends and relatives. The updated Ballroom can hold 100 to 250 guests, offering expansive views of the Donald Ross Golf Course for a couple’s event. The deck off the Ballroom can accommodate an additional 120 to 150 guests. Wedding guests may park on-site, or use the available valet services.

At Crestmont Country Club, all-inclusive packages are offered to simplify a couple’s wedding needs, including items such as get-ready rooms, catering and bar services, and staff to assist with set up and clean up. A dedicated event planner is available to assist with the planning process, walking couples through each detail needed to plan their perfect day. The club is covered by liability insurance, offers wheelchair access to event spaces, and will also permit outside vendors on-site for other various wedding day needs. Cuisine

A professionally trained chef and banquet staff are available to help couples plan their wedding menu. Their serving styles can accommodate buffet, family-style, French service, plated, and stationed serving styles, as well as cocktail reception options, hors d’oeuvres, and cake design. Couples are welcome to schedule a tasting to sample their selected menu and cake, although the club does allow an outside bakery to provide the cake, as well.
