Our Story: Head Baker Amy Eckman is a teacher by trade but always has had a sweet tooth and an artistic personality. When Amy met Neil, it was love at first sight, and Amy wanted to share her other love of everything sweet with her husband. However, a problem arose, Neil was allergic to Dairy. EVERYTHING DAIRY! That means no butter, no milk, no cream, no cheese, no cookies, no brownies, and especially no sweet butter creme frosting on tasty soft cake. Amy decided it was going to be her job to create cake and frosting that both her and Neil were able to enjoy. So, Amy created dairy-free recipes that Neil would be able to enjoy and found there were a lot more people out there who were missing out on cake!
