Dannie and her team were an absolute joy to have as our wedding caterer. Our wedding required food and appetizers for 120 guests and the food was spectacular. For cocktail hour, we had the spinach queso dip, fruit and vegetable board, and peachy ham rolls (we highly recommend these!!) For dinner, we had the garlic herb chicken and brisket, along with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. We got so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was. The best part for my husband and I was that the food was southern, but it was not so filling that we were unable to enjoy the dance floor or a drink afterwards. We also had servers to bus the tables that Dannie provided and they were very professional (highly recommend for a smooth clean-up process). Dannie was very communicative from the day we booked her all the way up to the day of our event. Not only was her food delicious, her buffet decor and presentation for our wedding was 10/10 and very elegant! All in all, highly recommend Dannie Holmes for all of your catering needs! Make sure to book early because she does book up quickly.

I almost feel like this review is not even needed, because if you have ever tasted Dannie's cooking, you know she's the best of the best. But, for those of you who haven't yet been #blessed by this food made for the gods, let me just fill you in. Dannie herself is a true angel, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She has a heart of gold and is so servant-minded. Her food is next level, like your grandma's southern goodness but better (yes, I said better. Sorry, Grandma.). We had the privilege of having Dannie and her team as our wedding caterers, and it was just that - a privilege. Our menu consisted of apricot glazed pork tenderloin, bruschetta chicken, parmesan & herb potatoes, green beans, Italian salad, and breadsticks. I had numerous wedding guests coming up to me all night raving about how good the food was - and it was! Dannie and her team packed my husband and I a to-go bag, and our leftovers were just as good at midnight in our hotel room. We served Dannie's key lime margarita cookies and chocolate chip cookies as favors - they were a hit! May or not have just taken one of our extras out of the freezer for after dinner later 😬

Dannie was professional, quick to answer any and all questions, and fun to work with. When we had to postpone our wedding just 12 days before the event, Dannie was flexible and quick to offer her support. Because of COVID, we had to adjust not only our menu, but how we were going to serve at the wedding, our place settings, our dessert options, and our staffing. Dannie and her team rolled with the punches and were eager to do what they could to support us during that difficult time. One of the things that was an obvious no-go during this season was our grazing table, so Dannie had the brilliant idea to make these charcuterie boxes. They were certainly a hit, and I greatly appreciated her ingenuity and creativity.

If you're looking for a reliable, professional team that makes INCREDIBLE food that you will crave for the rest of your life, you've found the one!! Can't recommend Dannie and her team enough!
