AMAZING!!!! I can't say enough good things about Davia! She is truly fabulous and was such a joy to work with throughout our wedding process. We hired Davia as a month of coordinator a bit over a year before our date. Right away, she was very proactive helping us think through our vendor options and making sure we stay on track with our to dos. She gave us guidance every step of the way and made us feel so comfortable. She is the most responsive person in the entire world! Also, she gives incredible and well thought out advice while still letting you make your own choices. She also had fabulous taste and an eye for design. And at the same time, she is super organized! What can I say, other than Davia saved my wedding last weekend! We worked together as my "Month of" coordinator, but I had her ear every time I needed it throughout the year-long engagement. She was prompt, professional, and every time I thought we were in a pickle, she would have the simplest solution to any problem. She was a fantastic "go-between" with my vendors during that last month, and helped take an enormous amount of stress off of me during that time. The wedding day - we got married on a ranch behind a vineyard - the shuttle services said the busses would fit...and as my bridesmaids and I headed out for the first journey to take photographs...well...the busses, in fact, did NOT fit. We were stuck and could not reach the venue. Davia drove up in her pickup truck, my girls piled into the bed and me into the front, and she got us to the venue (should make for some amazing pictures!). She then found a friend with a 15 passenger van to shuttle people from the winery to the venue and helped keep me sane at a time that most brides would be losing their mind! Considering we had to get 120 guests to the venue with a tiny van? We only started an hour late! She also did the flowers and they came out gorgeous! I really can not say enough good things about Davia - she went above and beyond her duties and I am forever grateful to her for helping make that day as magical as it was. Thank you Davia!

I hired Davia for month-of services, and she was an incredible asset during the final stages of my wedding prep process. She drove down to our wedding site on two occasions (once to meet with our main vendors and another time 1-month out to go through details with me), and she was always on time and very professional. She also provided unlimited email feedback on questions and helped me narrow down a few of my final vendor searches. On the wedding day, she calmly took over the reins from my mother and me and, along with her assistant, kept things running on schedule all day. She worked well with all of my vendors and many of them paid her compliments for her communication skills. Best of all, she was very reasonably priced and her no-nonsense attitude made me feel relaxed on the big day, since I felt like she had everything under control!
