Del Pacifico Estate - Pura Vida Casas is a tropical private Estate hotel for couples’ weddings located in the beautiful beach community of Esterillos, Costa Rica. This Private Hotel owned by the Murdoch Family offers guests access to its 12 bedrooms, 6 event spaces, 3 private pools, a separate chef Kitchen, and specatular ocean views. Need more Rooms? For larger groups additional lodging can be arranged on the same Private Ranch property at our Neigboring Villas and Condos. This venue is exclusive, private, and luxurious, making it the perfect private intimate wedding getaway. This venue is on the coast, only 5 minutes from the beach but located on a beautiful hilltop for refreshing breezes and spectacular Ocean and Jungle views!


Facilities and Capacity
This estate welcomes up to 70 guests to a couples’ wedding in paradise. The Del Pacifico Estate - Pura Vida Casas is an ocean-view ranch on a hilltop with 360-degree views. The estate is composed of three villas with a combined total of 12 bedrooms sleeping up to 30 guests onsite. There are six large event spaces in this jungle haven, two of which provide shelter from the refreshing tropical rains. NEW 2020 is the "Jungle Event Deck" where couples can enjoy a beautiful reception dinner with ocean views under the beauty of the large tropical trees. Couples won’t need to rent doves for their ceremony as the venue sits in the jungle, surrounded by parrots, macaws, toucans, and other colorful avian visitors. This spacious property allows couples to marry on a sandy beach or say their “I dos” overlooking the water, on the rooftop terrace, garden side, or the new Jungle deck. There are plenty of open areas and cabana-like spaces among the three villas. Couples will find industrial touches, like concrete walls, mixed with bright colors, and lush natural beauty.

Services Offered
Couples will find all-inclusive packages for their event, whether it’s a ceremony and reception, an elopement, or another wedding-related event like a bridal shower, engagement party, or rehearsal dinner. Staff at the villa can provide bar and catering services, wedding cake, lighting and sound services, and event planning assistance. Couples will additionally find the time and aid needed to set up and clean up their wedding. All the while, they can relax and prepare in getting ready rooms on the property. A professional photographer works onsite at this venue to be ready at a moment’s notice. There is also onsite parking, shuttle service, and wifi for the couple guests and outside vendors. Couples will find event rentals and event items for their wedding day such as:

Cuisine
This venue offers bar and catering services for couples’ weddings. There are tastings couples can attend to decide their menu ahead of time. They can choose from serving options on their wedding day such as buffet, cocktail reception, dessert, family style, hors d’oeuvres, outside cake, plated, servers, and stations. Bartenders serve a cash or open bar on the wedding night. They fill glasses for a champagne toast to the newlyweds, and they pour a selection of drinks for guests. Couples can bring outside alcohol, while the Del Pacifico Estate - Pura Vida Casas can provide premium liquor, signature drinks, specialty beer, and specialty wine.

Accommodation
This large estate comprises three separate villas for couples to live and sleep in. With 12 bedrooms sleeping up to 30 guests, couples will find plenty of space for themselves, family members, friends, the wedding party, or any extra lucky guests. The estate also has overflow lodging at the neighboring villas and the condos located on the same private property allowing larger groups the convenience to have all their guests be in the same area. This extra lodging can be arranged for your guests by the Estate concierge. Couples can rent the villas for their wedding and be guaranteed the only party at the estate during the length of their stay. In addition to the many bedrooms, these villas also offer three private pools, four full kitchens, and five event spaces. For larger events, additional lodging can be provided at other rentals close by making this the perfect venue for all sizes of events!

"Mom- this was everything I wanted and MORE!"

This quote "Mom- this was everything I wanted and MORE" summed up the wedding and entire week. Everything was PERFECTION from our pre-visit to the venue and through the entire event. Chloe was beyond helpful. Her vendors and suggestions were amazing. Trust what she says. Whenever there was a hiccup (there weren't many) she found a fast solution. This is a perfect place for a wedding, family reunion, girls fun time, etc.

Indescribable!

I’ve been putting this review off for far too long because I don’t know how to put into words how amazing everything was. We rented the 3 villas on the property and had our wedding on the lawn. The entire week blew us and our guests away. Chloe, the wedding planner, photographer and property manager is super woman. She made the entire experience so easy and painless. People kept asking me how the wedding planning was going the days leading up to the wedding and if I was stressed. I never felt any stress and I give all the credit to Chloe!
Everything was perfect. The food, the florals, the cake, the villas, the staff, the tours, the shuttles… everyone was absolutely amazed at how perfect everything was and how Chloe handled everything with such ease. The best part was I had one point of contact the whole time. I didn’t have to schedule or arrange with multiple vendors. Chloe handled everything. I recommend this place to everyone now. A wedding, family reunion, wellness retreat… it truly was a special place and we’re so grateful we found it!

Daniel is George & Katrinas Oldest son, soul surfer, Maintnance Manager. Chloe is a hobby micro farmer, professional photographer and the General Manager & Activity Coordinator and for Pura Vida Casas. Janet & Donald are our live on site care takers. They help us keep the villas in tip top shape from gardens & pool to cleaning & maintenance. Should you need any assistance with maintenance during your stay they are there to assist you and to also offer daily cleaning services to our guests per request. Janet is a the sweetest and is a super hard working mom of 3. She makes the best tortillas and typical food around! Donald is hard working and a gifted gardener & farmer keeping the ground lush and tropical as well as planting many sustainable crops on the Estate property. They live in the little guest house next to Villa 2 and are there to ensure your stay with us is a clean and comfortable one!
