Designs by Sarah specializes in creating bold, custom paper goods for couples who want to wow their guests. I am Sarah Meyer, graphic artist and owner of Designs by Sarah LLC, based in the Denver, Colorado area. I collaborate with you to produce one-of-a-kind stationery for your extraordinary wedding (big or small). All clients receive physical samples of their invitation or announcement at our design review meeting. We will discuss not only the design concept options, but also evaluate paper thickness and texture, print techniques, card sizes, ink and envelope colors; plus samples of any embellishments you order (belly bands, ribbon, vellum, pocket enclosures, wax seals, etc.).

I also provide custom design for wedding day-of items such as:

Such a pleasure to work with

Sarah did such a great job for us! For our wedding, she made our table number cards, name place cards, a welcome sign, and a seating chart. Our requests were a bit unconventional, and she was super flexible and creative when it came to assisting with realizing our vision. Especially when it came to our seating chart which was a concept that was very unique. She did an excellent job of always keeping us aware of realistic possibilities when it came to our budget, informing us with how different materials and sizes would affect our final costs, and providing insight into where adjustments can be made to get what mattered most to us at the end of the day. We were very satisfied with the quality of work that she provided and everything turned out beautiful!! We would definitely recommend her!

So easy to work with!

Sarah was so easy to work with in designing a sign for our small elopement! My fiancé and I had to cancel our large wedding ceremony that we had been planning for 11 months due to COVID-19 when Sarah (along with a team of five other Colorado Wedding Vendors) put together an "elopement giveaway" on Instagram. My fiancé and I were fortunate enough to win the giveaway, and as part of the package, Sarah designed a beautiful elopement sign for us. She was open to any and all of my ideas, and incorporated them perfectly while also bringing in our color scheme for the day. This experience was such a gift to my (now) husband and I at a time we were feeling such sadness and loss - I cannot recommend Sarah and Designs by Sarah enough.

Personalized invitations

Sarah was so great to work with! She designed our invitations, favor labels, seating chart and place cards and they were all incredible! Everything she designed was perfect and exactly what we wanted with out feeling like it is exactly what everyone else does! Sarah was very responsive with all questions and designs and always guided us in the right direction! I highly recommend Sarah for any design needs!!

I'm Sarah Meyer, owner and creative director of Designs by Sarah LLC. In 2015 I took my computer and left my eight year corporate job as an Art Director in New York City, and moved to re-create my career as a custom invitation designer in Denver, CO.

My favorite part of graphic design is collaboration—my clients are crazy creative! The process I offer truly becomes an experience for couples and families to share. I'm always amazed at the unique ideas my clients introduce to transform the initial design options into something so wonderfully personal.
