Our venue is unique. We can provide a low-cost option for 20-100 guests, and depending on which areas of the venue you use, the pricing changes. For a reception that does not require the tent, you can seat about 50 people. We rent you the venue for about $1,950 and you bring your own food and dink. If you need the tent, which seats about 80, and want to rent some of our tables and chairs, it may be about $2,900. We have a few decor pieces and other items available to rent, but you have the option of using other vendors for everything else. There are three ponds on the property and some mountain views. We also have a "make-your'own" pizza option, which is a really low-cost option for feeding a group. Your guests will also have a ton of fun! We have lots of space for social distancing too.
