Having grown up a fan of the grunge and rock scene Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Social Distortion ruled my musical tastes. Soon I found myself drawn into 80's bands like Depeche Mode, R.E.M. and The Cure. Music was more than just listening to the radio. By the late 90's an opportunity presented itself to DJ a party in the mountains when a DJ no showed. With minimal experience, I did well and the party was a big hit. I was hooked and knew sharing music was for me. Mix tapes soon became a weekly routine. Dances and weddings soon followed. By 2001, I had enrolled in college for live sound and mastering - helping my cousin put out his second album and getting them airplay on the radio. At this point, another obsession began to take over: electronic dance music. The first mix I ever heard was Paul van Dyk on BBC Radio 1. ATB, Darude, DJ Quicksilver, Sasha & Digweed - this was all the early stuff for me. I wanted more dance music, more equipment, more events! It happened that I made good connections in college and self taught myself dance music mixing on turntables. My first dance gigs were in San Diego from 2004 to 2006. I played LA nightclubs by early 2007, and OC's biggest venues starting in 2008. I have now been on the radio multiple times, been featured on podcasts as far away as Boston, and produced over a dozen bootleg remixes. As the years have passed, the obsession has not faded. I still LOVE to DJ and share music at all sorts of events!
Amy has long had an interest in music and nightlife. She enjoys discovering new music, and the behind the scenes work of light shows, organization and event preparation. She met Andrew in 2008, at a house party he was DJ'ing at! They were engaged 11 months later and married in May 2010. Now with two kids, Amy is a stay at home mom while helping with website design, flyer designs, appointment scheduling and social media. In 2007 she completed her BA in communications with an emphasis on advertising from Cal State Fullerton.
A veteran (Marines) with an interest in photography, Greg started shooting pictures in about 1972. After earning a degree in photojournalism at Shasta College in 1975, he continued his interest in photography through the 1980's with professional headshots and a special interest in developing and printing his own black & white film and images. In the late 1990's and early 2000's Greg photographed weddings, while Andrew was starting his DJ business. Always with an interest in classic cars, he was the photographer for the "Round Nevada Classic Car Tour" from 2005 to 2015, shooting for Rods & Wheels Magazine during this time also. Now retired, Greg is typically at our larger events as our website and promotional photographer, also assisting in setups and logistics at events.
