Paula has loved music for as long as she can remember. As a teenager, she pursued music as a hobby, then shortly after graduating college, Paula launched her DJ career. In the beginning, she worked as a DJ for one of Richmond’s elite nightclubs and soon founded DJ Paula Shrum where she performs for special occasions.

During your consultation, you and Paula can create a playlist for your wedding as well as a do-not-play list if you would want. DJ Paula Shrum has an exceptional sound/PA system. Paula also has proof of liability insurance.

The ceremony songs we picked and the fade-outs we wanted were executed perfectly and we just let her fly with the rest and it was perfect! She was extremely professional throughout while also keeping the party bumping! We love Paula and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great DJ!
