Highly recommended wedding coordinator

Maddie was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator in the DC area. She was extremely professional and unflappable. Most importantly, she and her assistant took care of managing so many logistical details to make sure everything went smoothly, so that we could focus on enjoying the big day and being in the moment.

Perfection Mom

Maddie at DMV Wedding Planners was our coordinator and she did an outstanding job!! I am an accountant by trade, and I am very detail oriented. I live in panic mode most days with analysis and deadlines. However, Maddie was always able to provide her calm subtle direction. She gently provided focus while prioritizing all the details required in planning my daughters wedding. She knows her business, and is excellent at implementing a timeline and helping her clients stay on track with strategic planning calls. The day of the wedding, I wanted to panic but, Maddie was absolutely amazing at keeping it calm. The decor turned out beautifully thanks to her expertise. Oh, and did I mention she is genuine and cares about her brides and moms. I am so pleased that I chose DMV Wedding Planners for my only child’s wedding. It was shear perfection.

So Thankful!

Where do I begin? Maddie and her Team were absolutely phenomenal. We couldn't have picked a more perfect wedding coordinator - she was cool, calm, and collected and always put our needs above her own. I am a super type A person and made a whole decor guide for Maddie and she brought my vision to life. I didn't have to worry about a single thing from set up to breakdown. During the entire night, she always made sure to ask if we needed anything and even played body guard during the reception to make sure we had enough time to eat before everybody rushed up to the sweetheart table to take pictures with us (thank god she did that!). We cannot recommend Maddie and her Team enough. We are sooo thankful for her! Run, do not walk, and book Maddie now if she has availability!
