Chartering a school bus to transport your wedding party and guests is both unique and economical. When looking to travel with a large group of people for an affordable rate, renting a large school bus should be your number one choice. We offer both large charter bus rentals and small or mini bus rentals that will provide a comfortable ride for your travel group. Our fleet also includes a variety of wheelchair accessible charter buses that easily accommodate those with disabled transportation needs. Large buses have capacity to accommodate about 45-50 adults and 50-60 school aged children. Small buses have capacity to accommodate about 15 adults and 20-30 school aged children.

Great Shuttle

Used two school buses as the shuttle for our wedding. The drivers were flexible with time and our guests had a lot of fun!

Durham Charter Services was fabulous for our wedding. I didn't personally ride the bus but working with them was great. They were the best price and were prompt, let us bring food and water on the bus, and put up signs inside the window. I would highly recommend them for your wedding too!

So after having a hard time finding a transportation company that could accommodate shuttling 60-75 adults to/from the hotel and reception, we turned to Durham Charter Services. I spoke with John from the Middletown office and he was a pleasure to deal with and their prices a fraction of what a "coach" bus would cost. He was flexible with timelines, arrangements and he knew the exact addresses of both locations off the top of his head.
The buses were brand new, clean and the drivers were excellent. In addition to saving money and aggravation, almost everyone commented on how "cool" it was to have school buses to shuttle us around.
