Located in Portland, Oregon, the Ecotrust building showcases stunning views of the surrounding city and is home to three distinct event spaces: the Rooftop Terrace, the Billy Frank Jr., and Irving Street Studio. These spaces offer inviting, industrial settings for weddings with a guest count of 30 to 200. A dedicated event center, this pet-friendly venue encompasses two city blocks that offer couples a unique, intimate experience set in a tree-lined urban environment.

Facilities and Capacity
Ecotrust can accommodate wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners for up to 200 guests. Parking is available at the venue, as well as wheelchair access.

Rooftop Terrace: You and your fiance will enjoy the feeling of a “destination wedding” when you experience the Terrace on your wedding day. Designed with a garden feel, the Terrace showcases dramatic panoramic views of the city skyline - perfect for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Or, you can host your ceremony and cocktail hour on the Terrace and invite guests inside to the Billy Frank Jr. space for your reception. The picturesque 2,240-square-foot Terrace directly overlooks Jamison Square, and features open-air space, a centralized fireplace, and elegant string lighting.

Billy Frank Jr: Warm brick walls, elegant lighting, and tons of character define this 1,800-square-foot space. The entirety of the second floor landing is included when you host your wedding in the Billy Frank Jr. venue. After your ceremony, guests are invited to the landing, filled with distinctive architectural elements and fine art, for cocktail hour. And after cocktail hour, guests return to the Billy Frank Jr. for dinner and dancing.

Irving Street Studio: When you walk through the private entrance on Irving Street, and up the short flight of stairs into the space, the high ceilings and brick arches are on full display. This venue is perfect for weddings with a guest count of 100 - 200, although smaller weddings are also beautiful in the space. The 7,000-square-foot Irving Street Studio is the venue’s newest space, and features hardwood floors, natural light, original wood beams, and brick walls for a unique atmosphere.

Services Offered
Ecotrust is a nonprofit organization focused on creating environmental well-being while promoting economic opportunity and social equity, and this mission is upheld in Ecotrust’s venue policies. The venue employs green event and building practices that are taken into consideration for events held in its spaces. The attentive event staff will manage all building-related logistics and serve as the on-site venue contact on your wedding day. Two walkthroughs, a one-hour rehearsal, security, and basic A/V are included for each space. Set up and clean up services for the venue’s furniture are included with the Terrace and the Billy Frank Jr. spaces, and other items such as the following are available:

Cuisine
In alignment with its mission, Ecotrust partners with caterers that source from local farmers, ranchers, fishers, and foragers to create local, organic, and seasonal menus. Ecotrust’s curated list of preferred caterers upholds the organization’s environmental and sustainability standards. Many of the caterers on the preferred list are women and minority owned businesses. Ecotrust doesn’t provide catering or bar service: you’ll work directly with your caterer to create a menu that meets your wedding vision. Caterers must be chosen from Ecotrust’s preferred caterers list, which includes a range of budgets, event formats, and styles.
