They also provide wedding decor, plate rentals, coffee, carving stations, bartending, plates services, buffet stations for your reception, from sushi to salad bars. Elevated Cuisine caters to any and all diets; they offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. Chef Lex works with all budgets and never compromises on the quality of her ingredients.

Chef Lex received classical training in French and International Cuisine at Culinary Institute LeNotre. She then became Executive Chef at one of Montgomery County’s largest non-profit organizations, cooking community meals daily for those in need. Since 2019, Chef Lex has grown her passion for food into a successful business and brings her love for fine dining to the catering industry.
Andrea Cruz is the Director of Operations for Elevated Cuisine by Chef Lex. Andrea works close with Chef Lex with planning and managing all Events.
Chef Audrey is the Executive Chef for Elevated Cuisine by Chef Lex. With over 25 years in the industry, Chef Audrey works close to Chef Lex to curate Elevated Cuisine for all Events.
