Kandace and the Elite Catering Staff went above & beyond with their service. From our tasting to our wedding day she was in contact with me providing the best communication and guidance I could ask for. Not only was the service beyond amazing, but most importantly the food was a 10 out of 10! I have received nothing but compliments from everyone who attended. Everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I also would like to shout out Julio as well. He was there for us throughout the entire process even down to the moment I walked down the aisle making sure my dress was fluffed out. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Do yourself a favor and hire Elite catering company for your special day. They will not disappoint!

Kandace and Julio made our wedding absolutely perfect! The detail, communication and flexibility were absolutely amazing.y wedding wouldn’t have been near as spectacular and stress free if I didn’t have such an amazing team. I would 100000% recommend for ANY event. Would have a second wedding all over again for the opportunity to use them. 10/10

Kandace was eager to work with us from our initial encounter. She was always warm and professional. She and her husband hosted a beautiful, tasteful, and delicious tasting experience. She was very flexible and accommodating, offering several vegan options for my main course and she also made sure I had several vegan appetizers in addition to the non vegan appetizers offered. It was hard to choose from all of the delicious options offered at the tasting. We ultimately decided on chicken and skirt steak with creamy garlic and chimichurri, respectively. I dreamt about the risotto but ultimately decided on the truffle potatoes and squash for the big day. We had 5 delicious apps as well, 2 of which were vegan (stuffed mushrooms and impossible tacos). I had a cauliflower steak for my entree. I was admittedly hungry on the big day and Kandace swooped in and saved me from the small chat during dinner. She politely pulled me away from my guests and ensured that I sat down and had my dinner. Thank you, Kandace! I will update with photos, but so far have not found any. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and it seemed everyone enjoyed the "family style" plating which can serve as an icebreaker among strangers or long lost friends. Bar service was also incredible. Drinks were great. Guests and newly weds were all pleased! Kandace was very responsive and made it easy to discuss options, go over pricing, and she, with her team, delivered an exceptional meal on the big day. Pricing was also fair considering the quality of services provided. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Kandace for my any catering events, but especially for weddings - the woman knows what she is doing! If she had a restaurant, I would frequent it. Book her and you will not be disappointed.
