This past July, Elizabeth catered our wedding in NH. She was wonderful to work with! She was willing to meet with us, understood our vision for the wedding, and worked with our budget to ensure we had a balanced and seasonally-appropriate menu that would leave our guests feeling satiated and with enough fuel in them to dance the night away :) We opted for a buffet, and there was enough left over for people to eat more if they wanted, but there was not so much left over that we felt wasteful. Her proportion estimates were on point! We chose to have an untraditional wedding dessert (ice cream cake), and Elizabeth not only was flexible but came up with a clever way to serve the cake such that our guests got to enjoy it before the hot summer night got the best of it. She's done tons of weddings, and even helped us with the timing of events so that our guests who left early (e.g children and elderly family members) were able to have cake before their departure. I appreciated how well she paced everything. She's casual but knows her business very well. As someone who's very detail-oriented, I appreciated that Elizabeth was so skilled at her job. And as for the food? Delicious!! Huge menu of items to choose from and she'll even make dishes per your request. Overall, we're very happy we went with Elizabethan Fare and highly recommend it!

Working with Elizabeth was a wonderful experience. She delivered everything she said she would. The food for the wedding was unique and outstanding. The service was efficient and courteous. I would definitely work with Elizabeth again.

Elizabethan Fare catered our wedding this past weekend at Alyson's Orchard, and her service excellent. The owner abounds with experience, knowledge and creativity. We were provided with excellent sample menus that we could mix and match from, and also let me have some random dishes like applesauce (mmmmm, applesauce). We were able to work in things that were kid-friendly, and things that were gluten free, and of course enough vegetarian food to keep people full. Elizabeth's patience, professionalism and poise were so greatly felt. Elizabeth is passionate about her work and we recommend her for events both large and small.
