We handle the largest fundraisers, events, and weddings in & around Michigan. We do over 400 events per year and operate dozens of restaurant and hotel valet operations mainly around Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor. Many of our events have 200-300 cars being valeted in a very short time frame. We are very familiar with fast paced, high volume, high class valet.

We train our staff extensively on top notch guest service. They understand the need to stand shoulder to shoulder, hands behind their backs, with smiles on their faces. No huddling in a circle, talking and goofing around or being on their cell phones. (Phones are not allowed on them while working). They also understand how important it is to smile when opening the guest’s doors and while greeting the guest upon arrival/exit.

We also wear long sleeve, white button down shirts, with neck ties, long black slacks, and ALL black shoes. Our valets have a VERY uniform look from head to toe. You will never see our valets wearing pink shoes, sloppy shirts, or brown shorts like many other companies.
