I met with Abe after being referred by one of my co-workers and off the bat we hit it off. he is extremely personable and listened before making any recommendations. I first wanted a backyard wedding at my parent's house and the reason being is that I wanted an outdoor wedding. Abe asked all the right questions to find out what I envisioned for an outdoor wedding and recommended to hold it at a venue set up for my needs. Yes, my parent's house can hold 150 people but he identified challenges for my such as parking, bathroom, weather, etc. He made time to see semi-outdoor venues that best fit my needs. connected with all the vendors from the venue, DJ, photographer, photo-booth; and left me with nothing to do but show up. Abe brought such an amazing team that was very professional and accommodating, and I have to give him even more credit for being patient with myself and my mom. I'm so glad I had Abe catered my wedding A BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I don't normally take the time out to write surveys, but in this case I HAD TO! I just want to say Abe and his staff were amazing!! Planning my wedding was very stressful in every detail BUT the food. One of my favorite parts about the planning process was sitting down with Abe creating a very unique and fun menu that I am very certain no one has ever had. Abe was extremely helpful and very organized. The food looked amazing and even better then I could have ever imagined. His attention to detail is impeccable. I really felt like he genuinely cared about the food at my wedding and did everything he could to make sure I had the perfect menu! I a thousand percent recommend Empire Social catering for anyone who's looking for a unique catering experience!!

I met with Abe to discuss the details of what I wanted for my wedding in terms of catering and food. It was not going to be a large, traditional wedding and was more of an intimate setting. I wanted the food to match the overall vibe. When we first sat down to chat, Abe was very attentive- he made sure he understood all the other details and aspects of my wedding by asking important questions. He asked for my vision as well before "getting to business". Since he took the time to understand me, my needs and wants of the day- he was able to give great suggestions. Together we worked out a menu that was PERFECT! From that initial meeting till the day of my wedding- we were in contact. Abe made sure I felt confident that all would go as planned....and it did! The food was AMAZING!!!! Better than my expectations (which were quite high to begin with). My family and friends could not get enough. There were no issues at all the day of...it was honestly one last thing I had to even think about- Abe made sure of that- the attention was truly in the details. I would highly recommend Abe and his team to cater your special event. You will not be disappointed!
