EPIC Event Specialists offers three wedding packages to accommodate couples at every stage in their process. For those who would like to plan their own nuptials but don’t know where to begin, Diane and Anecia provide an initial consultation. During this meeting, they will establish a realistic timeline and budget, assist in deciding colors and themes, make vendor recommendations, and more. For clients who prefer to make all their own arrangements but want someone to ensure everything runs smoothly, Month-of Coordination is the best fit. This option comes with a meeting three months ahead of the big day, timeline creation, liaising with vendors, help with on-site deliveries, cleanup, and more. The company also offers an All Inclusive Package that guarantees to take care of all the details. Event styling, including exquisite lighting, floral arrangements, and dining décor, is also available.

Anecia McCaa is a passionate and a personable individual. She is the proud Production Manager of Epic Event Strategists, an event planning company based in Chicagoland area. She finds joy in making life better for others, sometimes forgetting about herself. She has a long career history in the Healthcare field and Multi-Level Marketing, but recent years she has found her passion in planning events since 2009. Her events range from weddings, birthday parties, girls night out parties, charity for feeding the homeless, business meetings and more.
Anecia has the gift of imagination. Her big bright ideas has given her a reputation of the go to girl amongst her friends, family, and piers. Her ability to be honest and practical is another great attribute of hers. You can depend on her to execute any plans in a cool, calm, professional manner. Her expertise is also in event design and venue locating and with her marketing experience, she really knows how to pack out an event.
