We hired Epic for a party bus to transport our bridal party between our ceremony and reception. The bus showed up like 40 minutes late because it went to the reception location and was waiting there even though we gave them both the ceremony and reception addresses. So because of that, we missed our exit from the ceremony and had to just walk out to the parking lot. Hell of an exit that was. When the bus showed up, all the driver did was say that the reception address was the only address that they had and would take zero responsibility for it. He offered us an additional half an hour of time on the bus which we couldn't even accept because we were pressed for time between the ceremony and reception and literally only needed the bus for the ride between the two. We weren't joy riding. So they gave us a whopping $25 off the total and we still ended up giving the driver a tip even though we couldn't really justify it after he wouldn't take any sort of responsibility for showing up late and to the wrong address. He kept just saying that "that's the address I have on my sheet" Okay?! SO how is it our fault that whoever put our information in your system, put it in wrong? I was very dissatisfied with that, but other than that, the bus was clean and we definitely would've enjoyed our experience with the company more had it not been for the driver showing up late and to the wrong place.
