EVOKE: the bridal experience is a body-positive wedding attire boutique located in Pearland, Texas. Founder Hayley Orr is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every client can realize their true beauty and find their dream gown. Hayley worked at wedding dress shops for several years, where she often witnessed soon-to-be-newlyweds leave in tears when they couldn’t fit into the too-small samples. She was inspired by this experience to create her own salon that features sample gowns in sizes ranging up to 32. All team members are trained at The Equality Institute and The Body Positive in order to provide the most bespoke, knowledge, and stylish experience.
Services Offered
EVOKE: the bridal experience works with brands that are equally committed to their philosophy of inclusivity, including, Justin Alexander, Sincerity, Adore by Justin Alexander, WToo and Pronovias. The stylists believe that there is no “one size fits all” and proudly carry dresses in all sizes and styles. The boutique features private changing suites for the bride, complimentary champagne, and a fully personalized customer service experience.

like a lot of others, I grew up watching say yes to the dress and loved not only the dresses, but also witnessing all the happy moments and wonderful memories created (who doesn’t?!) but I honestly thought it would just give me ideas for when i got married in the future. little did I know i’d be offered a stylist job in college after helping my sister find her wedding dress and immediately fall in love with the entire industry 🥰
I struggled with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia for 7+ years growing up, so I understand how hard it can be to accept your body and feel good about yourself, especially in the society that we live in.
I love helping brides, and I love being more than just a bridal stylist, but also a confidante and a friend to guide you through your bridal shopping journey. I truly believe that when you look good, you feel good, and I can’t wait to help you find that gown that makes you feel like everything you’ve dreamt you would on your wedding day 💖

as the lead bridal stylist at EVOKE, my job (alongside assisting you in finding the dress of your dreams) is to help you remember that lightness you get in your chest from just the simple action of twirling in the perfect gown, or the aching in your cheeks from that unfaltering grin you cant help but wear as you step in front of the mirror and finally see the reflection of exactly who you want to be.
