We just finished working with Expressive Solutions for our 5/28/23 wedding. We went with the 60 day out upgrade coordination package. We had the best experience with Camille and her team! We had completed choosing our vendors and were coming down to final arrangements and touches. I know some people are set on coordinating and planning themselves, but I’m so grateful we chose Expressive Solutions. Camille kept us on task with a timeline of events, she gave us all the information we needed and more. Anytime we had questions or concerns she was easily accessible. We had regular check-ins to discuss progress and next steps.

On the day of our wedding was when the Expressive Solutions team shined the brightest. Camille is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. As the bride, she was right next to me keeping everything running smoothly. Any request that I made be it as small as a fan or lip stick, her team had it on hand within moments. She and her team had a calm demeanor throughout the entire event even when things were running behind. Not only she and her team make sure that myself and my husband were okay, they made sure our parents and families had the things they needed. That was one of the things that mattered the most. We consider her part of our family now and highly recommend this team for their services. The price was extremely reasonable their performance exceeded our expectations. Our day felt perfect and the Expressive Solutions team was a great part of that!!!

Camille and her team were amazing to work with. The venue we used has been used by the family for years, and my wife’s grandma usually is the coordinator. We wanted grandma to get to relax, so we looked into day-of coordinating. We got A LOT more than we bargained for when we booked with Camille, in the best way! We felt so supported as a queer couple the whole time. She started working with us regularly two months out. She worked with us on layouts and adjustments, for both an outdoor ceremony AND A backup indoor ceremony. We felt prepared going into the wedding regardless of what the weather would be. She expertly led the rehearsal the night before, herding two big bridal parties! In the morning Camille’s team started setting up while we got ready and we didn’t have to worry about anything. She even handled a sudden cake debacle for us! From there, she kept everything on time and moving all day. Her team made everything happen. And then, during the speeches, our friend planned a surprise dance that involved not only the whole bridal party, but also most of the guests…! and Camille kept it totally a secret!!! My wife and I had NO idea! Camille totally made it happen. And then, when it all wrapped up, she and her team took everything down and saved us from a lot of headache. We were thrilled. We couldn’t be more glad we used Camille and her team for coordination. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Expressive Solutions & Creations for event coordinating!
