Since early childhood, I have been drawn towards visual arts and original content creations. There is something immensely gratifying about capturing time fragments with my camera while bringing to life our visual storytelling.

Although initially introduced to professional painting, I also took an interest in photography and set design, unsure of how they would translate into a career. I knew only that I loved visual arts and people. Throughout college, graduate studies and my early professional career, I have found that theater, film making and photography are my passions and communicating alleys with my audiences.

After completion of both my BFA at the University of Arts in Tirana and MFA at the Boston University, I was given multiple opportunities and collaborations in both countries as photo editor, set/costume designer as well as film making and Television. Adapting what I had learned in these art forms over the years paved the way for the birth of Filmix Productions. It finally made sense to bring all my beloved art genres together while meeting fascinating people along the way. I do not have to choose:

Balancing professional and family life is of vital importance to me and being a great husband and admittedly “girl dad” are a central part of my life’s story. Here at Filmpix Productions, we strive to tell the world yours and I AM YOUR VISUAL STORYTELLER.

I am a photographer, designer and a multidimensional artist with a passion for creative and conceptual vision. Having a double degree education in both photography and painting, I strive to always convey a compelling message and BE YOUR VISUAL STORYTELLER.

My artistic journey started taking shape during my teenage years and was cultivated ever since throughout my BFA at the University of Arts in Tirana, Staatliche Akademie Der Bilden Kunst in Kalsruhe, Germany and the MFA at the Boston University. It is precisely this rich art form background that contributed greatly to my perpetual love for the arts and an addictive need to connect with people. It gradually became clear to me that powerful imagery has a tremendous impact on its subject and audience. My mantra is to capture and protect the sanctity of your memories with a strong yearning for the extraordinary. Be it on freezing a precious moment through my lens or sipping away a melting icy margarita after reviewing a client’s photo album.

Co-founding Filmpix Productions with Martin while starting our family together, has been truly an amazing journey full of happiness, beauty and challenges and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We enjoy combining family time with our love for local cuisine even if we already exhibit signs of mild “TACOchardia”:) In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, traveling and long walks with my husband, baby daughter and our cute 5 year old dog, Joy.
