Just OK planning -Day of coordination great!
I felt like she was not very professional in conversations and was not always very polite.
The DAY OF....she put all the nonsense aside and rallied to make the day special. Her assistant was great. My video wasn't working and her assistant was very persistent in making it work and IT DID!!! Her ASSISTANT saved the video.
They both worked hard the day of to make everything flow smooth. The planning process was difficult though and I felt like she could have done better in working with her client even though I may not have been as she expected--hands on...Day of was great though despite the friction.
