Can't say enough good things about Michael and First-Class Catering. They know what they are doing and are extremely professional. A succesful event is truly important to them so they will go out of their way to make that happen even if it means coordinating with other vendors to make sure things are taken care of even outside of catering. I had my wedding early September and was struggling to find a caterer with covid-19 going on. However once I got in contact with first class catering, it was all smooth sailing from there! Michael would be in constant communication with me, and help me every step of the way! We ordered Mexican food for our wedding and I was nervous due to my parents being Mexican. They are very particular about the food being done right. I cannot tell you how AMAZING the food turned out! Our friends always talk about the food when we bring up the wedding. The servers were so nice by bringing us our food first and making sure we were getting to try everything. One woman was even helping me with my wedding dress.
