Dayna made all my wedding visions come together perfecly. All the decorations looked beautiful and exactly how i envisioned them. she is so sweet and so flexible. I had a stress free day knowing everything was taken care of at the venue.

Our wedding day could not have gone smoother all thanks to Dayna and her team. Let me start by saying we were a destination wedding (90 people) in Gold Beach, OR. Ourselves and the majority of our guests live in CA. So of course we had our challenges planning from afar, but Dayna made it so incredibly easy by being so wonderful to work with. From the start she made us feel so special and we knew we were in good hands. From our phone conversations to emails to texting, she was always available to us and always very professional. She truly was committed to making sure our day went just as we envisioned it. She even offered to make the drive to Gold Beach when we decided to take a short trip there in February so they could meet us and visit our ceremony/reception sites. However, due to weather (and a hwy 101 landslide) we cancelled our trip and were unable to meet. But even so, when we finally got to meet on Friday 9/13 (day before our wedding) Dayna immediately went to work doing anything we needed and went above and beyond to help us out. She ran through our ceremony rehearsal several times to make sure our timing and everything was perfect. We had a very large wedding party (7 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen) and also had live music for our processional so it was not an easy task! But by the end of our rehearsal everyone knew exactly what to do and felt so prepared for Saturday all thanks to Dayna's guidance!

Now come Saturday- we had our ceremony at a campground upriver and our reception back towards town at a restaurant/bar so we had the challenge of being in 2 places but it could not have gone better. Dayna was so on top of everything! I seriously keep thinking how did they get it all done and make it seem so easy?! They were at the RV park early to set up our chairs and appetizer/refreshment tables for after the ceremony. Not only did they set out all our appetizer platters for us, but Dayna put all the food together for us too! Which is something I kind of sprung on her the night before when I realized "oh crap" when am I going to have time to do this? She made the cutest dungeness crab cocktail cups, laid out an assortment of charcuterie and cheeses, and also set up platters of crackers and a smoked salmon dip. They also took care of setting up our drink dispensers of infused water and arnold palmers. Everything looked so great and everyone commented how good all the food was. Once that was done, she immediately went over to the reception site to prepare before any guests arrived. She made sure our tables were set just how we wanted them and our head table (a long table of about 40) had the correct assigned seating. There was also a very special table, near and dear to our hearts, that Dayna did a wonderful job setting up with our instruction. It looked just how we thought it would..an honorary table with pictures and candles for our grandparents who have all passed away. That was so important to us. So by the time we arrived there was nothing left to do! They even went back to the RV park to finish putting away all the chairs and tables, and also brought us back all our dishes and food supplies.

So with all that being said (sorry for the novel but I just have so many great things to say!) If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, or even still debating on if you want to have one..look no further because you won't find anyone as great as Dayna and For Such a Time Productions. Speaking as a first time bride that had no idea what she was doing LOL...you do not want to go it alone just you and your future husband. Even with help from our family/friends, there is no comparison to hiring a professional. Dayna's guidance, communication, wisdom, and her overall caring and support made for all the difference in the world. We would not have had the same wedding day without her. That I am sure of! Thank you Dayna and team and 9/14/19 is a day we will cherish forever and appreciate you guys so much for all of your help!
