First -- When you reach out to me, I will confirm your date is available and send a link to my Discovery Call Form to schedule a brief conversation about your day.

Second -- I will call you to talk through details and address questions you may have. (I like to keep this part brief so that you don’t hate me. :) )

Third -- I will prepare a proposal that includes services customized to your needs, pricing and our service agreement. I will address the issues that we discussed on the phone with clearly stated solutions and next steps. You can complete everything online, and then we're all set!
