Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We are a banquet hall located in Davidsville that offers a variety of catering options as well as decorating packages. Below is a little more about what is involved in using our venue.

To rent our banquet hall the cost is $500. Included in that cost is myself as your personal wedding consultant. I will take care of all aspects of the reception (and ceremony if held on property) for you. Your only concern that day will be are you shoes comfortable enough to last dancing in all night! We also include a free menu tasting for up to six people, floor length white table clothes and linen napkins in your color selection, all china, glass wear, and silverware, water and coffee service, unlimited soda from the bar, a free wedding cake baked on property by our Pastry Chef, and free cake tasting. We offer a variety of menu options as well in styles from buffet to plated meals. Also, we have a variety of hors d’oeuvres and appetizers as well to start your guests off with during cocktail hour. Our Alcohol Policy is described in the attached catering guide for you to review. We do not purchase the alcohol for you, you would need to purchase it and bring it to the venue two days prior to the events at the latest to allow us to get in chilled in time. This part of the policy is very beneficial to you however because you can control exactly how much you want to spend on the bar instead of being giving a large bar bill at the end of the night. We just ask for no kegs and we will serve all bar drinks in plastic cups to avoid glass breaking on the dance floor if a cup is dropped. We also have a variety of decorating packages. We offer linen overlays which we have in a variety of colors, white chair covers, and a variety of colored chair sashes. We also have a lighting package which includes up to six items listed in the catering guide but this package can be customized to your liking (you only want two out of the six lighting items then the price will be adjusted to reflect those two items). We have a few centerpiece options for rent as well a few that come at no cost to you, these can be viewed in house if you wish to set up a meeting.
