Fuzio Universal Bistro catered our wedding at The Century on 01/02/2016. My husband and I had dinner here a few months before contacting them for catering purposes and the food was just as good as it was the first time we had dinner. We were well taken care of during our tasting and the food at the wedding got RAVE reviews. We had three options: sirloin with potatoes au gratin and asparagus, salmon with risotto and asparagus, and roasted vegetable risotto. Husband had the sirloin, and I had the salmon- both delicious. They also provided appetizers (bruschetta and bacon-wrapped dates). If you have not had the dates here, you MUST try them. So good! We even had a special request to set aside appetizers for the bride and groom (since we were taking pictures and signing paperwork during cocktail hour) and Fuzio delivered with a wonderful assortment of both to our sweetheart table. The food we chose was a Firecracker sirloin steak, potato and asparagus with a spring mix salad. We had over 100 guests which is not a lot but it can be tricky when your not doing a buffet style meal. Every meal had to be plated and served one by one and what was so impressive was that it didn't matter if it was the first plate or the last plate each one was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional the price was reasonable and fair (especially considering how far they had to travel for us) and the food was perfect. I highly recommend Fuzios for any wedding or special event and would definitely use them again in the future!
