We were extremely fortunate to have Donna Sager at Garden Laurels provide floral arrangements for our July 2022 wedding ceremony and reception; she went above and beyond, and we honestly couldn’t possibly imagine a better florist for our big day. She did such fantastic work on the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crown and all of the other ceremony and reception arrangements, and she was very collaborative and creative when it came to the centerpieces. The result was absolutely breathtaking, really transforming the venue into a magical scene. Donna has tremendous depth of knowledge regarding all types of flowers and greenery, and knows how to create artful, beautiful arrangements that perfectly complement the venue. She is deeply familiar with some of the more nuanced aspects, such as how to best preserve the vitality of the bouquets and arrangements throughout a hot summer day. She was extremely gracious and accommodating in the months leading up to the wedding, great at communicating her valuable insights and recommendations. Donna went absolutely above and beyond both when it came to listening to our ideas & what mattered to us and in terms of the product she delivered. When we mentioned a specific type of flower that we loved but knew might not quite be in season yet, Donna made a special effort to begin a few plantings early as well as to connect with a local grower who would be more likely to have what we were looking for. When we described some very special and personal connections between a few other types of flowers and their respective maternal grandmothers (neither of whom are still alive but who nonetheless we wanted to commemorate and honor on our special day), Donna suggested ways to incorporate them into the bouquets, arrangements, and cake decorations. Throughout the entire process we felt we were connecting with a friend who truly took our wishes to heart and cared about our happiness with the finished product. Everything was coordinated perfectly in the final days and hours leading up to the wedding. We would definitely recommend her!

Donna made our wedding flower dreams come true. From our first meeting I knew i trusted her and that she understood what we envisioned for our big day. They made sure the flowers were delivered fon time and set up perfectly. We didn’t have one worry that day that everything they did wouldn’t be perfect.
