An event representative is available the day of your reception to coordinate everything and make sure itineraries and timelines are executed smoothly. Aside from day-of coordination, the Grace Center also puts you into contact with preferred vendors for catering and boasts an extensive list of 12+ caterers from which to choose. A small inventory of gorgeous centerpieces and other decorative materials is available for use at no additional cost. Tables and chairs are included with your rental package. The available round tables can seat eight guests comfortably but can accommodate up to ten guests, and banquet tables are available for use by the bridal party, cake and desserts, and gifts. A full bar is also available, with a variety of packages, courtesy of the venue's licensed bar service. A complete sound system with auxiliary input or computer connection capability is included with rental, with a projector system available at an additional cost.
