Nestled in Washington County just 7 minutes from Interstate 26, the lakeside options for your ceremony offer either a glassed in pavilion with heat and air conditioning so you and your guests are comfortable despite the weather or a dock option with your guest seating in an amphitheater. With over 11,000 square feet of event space, this venue boasts a selection of indoor and outdoor features. The reception area, Gatherings, built in the 1850s, has massive chandeliers, and a huge fireplace. Tennessee’s oldest town just down the road, is a great place for out of town guests to explore. We are within an hour of Kentucky, Southwest VA and Asheville.

BOUTIQUE WEDDINGS

For intimate occasions, you can say ‘I do’ at the white house. Ideal for gatherings of 40 or fewer, this romantic setting has an inviting front porch on the 1850s colonial style home. Then, your reception area is inside the front door. There is an outdoor fireplace area in the back for your guests to gather.

LARGER WEDDINGS

Larger open-air ceremonies can be held at The Dock with your guests in white chairs which we we set up for you. The amphitheater seats up to 200 guests, this scenic event space offers views of the lake. Or as a first choice or back up plan, the glassed in pavilion has sliding doors so you and your wedding party can have pictures by the lake while your guests sit in the 3,300 square foot timber frame building in air conditioning or heat. The pavilion seats up to 300. Following the festivities, you can retreat into Gatherings for your reception for up to 300. This 1850's barn has exposed wooden beams, elegant chandeliers, and huge fireplace. This setting exemplifies the venue’s rural-meets-vogue vibe. Your guests will note the natural stone fireplace and whitewashed pine boards, details that are reminiscent of the barn’s heritage. The former horse stables have been converted into a kitchen for you and your bridesmaids to use for pre wedding munchies.

The Kitchen, the on-site restaurant is the exclusive provider of meals for receptions held at Grace Meadows. To become acquainted with the property, couples can visit before the event for engagement and bridal photography sessions. As a special touch, the venue can provide an arbor.
