The venue is a palatial estate featuring eight large suites with private baths, a great room, dining rooms, a library, a theater room, a recreation room, and a sports bar. The décor of the estate includes Spanish tile roofing, cast-stone balusters, stone decking, stone columns, custom-made mosaic inlays, original hand-painted murals, and exceptional architectural detail. It has an impressive arbor on a private elevated walkway, with accent lighting to the lush outdoor living area. The infinity pool has a built-in hot tub and fountains. You will also find a signature lane pool house with a sauna, a wet bar, a full bathroom, and a gas fireplace for relaxation. Nearby, you can land your sailboat or enjoy the sun on a private beach lined with palm trees.
