When my clients say they have friend that will hit the play button on their playlist, I shudder. It never fails something will go wrong - the wrong processional song, the volume too low, the person isn't comfortable speaking to the guests, they start enjoying the celebration and forget they were tapped to work the event, or they leave at the end without thinking they may need to take responsibility to help break down.
