Hammann’s Butcher Shop, Deli and Catering was established as a family business in June of 1991. Owners, John and Pat Hammann, along with their sons, embarked on their American dream and will be celebrating 25 years of successful business in 2016 in the retail meat, deli and catering business.
The Hammann family continues to run the business with old fashioned butcher shop flare and friendly service. Along with the help of their dedicated staff, they plan to continue to serve the Fairfield and surrounding areas for years to come with their trademark friendly approach and quality products.
Hammann's offers full-service catering from hors d'oeuvres to plated sit-down dinners to authentic pit BBQs and International menus.
Other services offered are bar, linen rental and china rental.
