Hays-McDonald Farm is a beautiful wedding venue located in Jefferson, Georgia. This farm consists of 450 acres of pastures, woodlands and a cabin built in 1840. With all its amenities, the indoor setting of the luxurious barn will delight and surprise you. The staff of Hays-McDonald Farm is willing to go above and beyond in their services.

Facilities and Capacity

Absolutely amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful venue for our day! Everything we wanted and so much more. Amy was fabulous and so easy to work, she made sure our way was perfect. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely Perfect!


We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to have our wedding. Everything from the venue to the staff was incredible. Amy at the venue was incredible and truly helped make our wedding a dream come true. If we could do it all again, we wouldn’t change a thing. You definitely won’t regret choosing Hays-McDonald for your special day.

I absolutely love Amy ! She is the best, and the venue it’s sooo beautiful that pictures doesn’t do it justice ! It’s beautiful by day but at night it’s breath taking with all of the lights and how the set up is, just a beautiful venue and very cozy/ comfortable definitely makes your guests feel welcomed and just relaxed. I highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of a venue for their special day. Amy is very friendly and super sweet any time I had questions she was only a Text away and she always responded to me in a timely manner.
