Madison joined our team in September of 2021. She got her start in the wedding industry working as a stationary designer. She had a need to help brides and jumped at the chance to be bridal stylist. She started styling brides at a corporate store earlier in 2021 but loves the opportunity to now work with brides in a more intimate environment. Madison graduated from the College of Saint Rose in 2016. She has dual degrees in graphic design and printmaking. When she is not styling brides, you can find Madison making content for our social media, sailing with her family and dogs, or spending time with her husband, Nate!

Katie joined our team in January 2023. Katie is originally from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. After graduating, Katie moved to Jacksonville, FL where her career started in corporate buying. Katie also worked at a local bridal store there on the weekends. Once she moved to Rochester to be close to family, Katie joined our team as a Full-Time Stylist. She also assists our team in social media and buying. When Katie is not at Heart to Heart Bride, you will find her spending time with her french bulldog Sienna, listening to music by Dave Matthews Band, working out, or trying to do anything to be in the sun!

Courtney has been working part-time at Heart to Heart Bride since March of 2018. She is obsessed with Disney, loves to camp and makes awesome crafts with her Cricut. She is also super silly, and I couldn’t resist using this as her photo, because it’s just so, “Courtney”. Courtney grew up in Spencerport and despite living on the Westside, loves working with our brides so much she drives to Webster on the weekend to help our brides say yes! Courtney is also a 2023 bride and cannot wait to marry her Fiancé, Sean!

Rachel joined our team in June of 2021 and was brand new to the bridal fashion world! Rachel is a graduate student studying Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Brockport. Rachel is originally from Albany, NY and currently lives in Rochester with her Fiancé, Matt, and two cats. Rachel is making a career out of helping people and she is so excited that she gets to help brides find their dream dresses on the weekends!

Nikki joined Heart to Heart Bride in April of 2022. Nikki is a Rochester native and graduated from St. John Fisher College with a bachelor’s degree in business/human resource management in 2014. During the week Nikki works in HR at Wegmans, and on the weekends loves helping brides find their dream dress at Heart to Heart. In her free time, Nikki enjoys traveling with her husband, Cam, and spending time with friends, family and their French bulldog, Gizzy.

Alyssa is a Heart to Heart Bride and has always wanted to work in the bridal industry. After seeing a job posting back in May 2021, she hopped on the chance to work with Brides like herself! Alyssa is a middle school art teacher and just married her husband, PJ, on October 10, 2021! In her free time, she enjoys ice chai tea lattes, shopping, and playing with her mini doxies, Honey & Cookie!

Aubrey joined our team in May 2022 after working in Special Events and Client Relations for over 10 years. They’ve held many roles in the wedding world, and they’re passionate about creating beautiful memories and inclusive experiences for all! They strive to make everyone feel incredible, seen, and magical, for their special day. In their spare time, they love going on adventures with their partner and their two big fur babies. When they’re not with their dogs, Aubrey is usually doing something creative, supporting the local arts, traveling, or getting a new tattoo. Aubrey identifies as a queer, plus-sized individual, that knows firsthand what it is like to search for the wedding outfit of their dreams!

Shelby joined our team in January 2023. She started her career working in early childhood care and has made the transition to the bridal world! Shelby is a Heart to Heart Bride herself and has always wanted to work in bridal! She is inspired by her own bridal experience to help other brides find the dress of their dreams. Shelby grew up in Spencerport, NY and currently lives in Rochester with her husband, Zak, and their two cats. Shelby is a huge foodie and in her free time she loves to cook and go to different restaurants! She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling with her husband, and being outdoors!
