The front of the house is approxiamtly 2500 square feet heated and cooled. Their are 3 new bathrooms with swan faucets and a gourmet kitchen/bar area with two covered patios. The attached warehouse is 1,600 square feet of creative space that has a decorative assortment of props and costumes to utilize for your event. We have tables and chairs to accommodate a party of fifty guests. The property has a guest cottage from 1932 which was renovated and furnished for the guests to utilize during and after there event. The owner/ operator/Chaplain/ and event palnner can help you plan an event of your dreams. We can concierge all your services out or you can just rent our space and utilize your own vendors.
