Highland Lodge is a countryside wedding venue located in Greensboro, Vermont. This premier property is one of the only full-service venues in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Here, couples can enjoy lodging as well as spectacular views of Lake Caspian. The lakeside beach is ideal for fun and games during any event. There are 136 acres on this estate. Encompassed within the grounds, there is a 1860s farmhouse lodge that hosts 10 guest suites, as well as 10 cabins, a ski hut, and a boathouse. These areas may sleep up to 85 individuals, and more accommodations are available through rustic camping. This venue opens their doors to only one event per weekend, so couples are able to rest assured that they will receive both the attention and privacy they seek.

Facilities and Capacity

Highland Lodge offers several event spaces around their sprawling hillside estate. The dining room, covered porch, and House Bar present perfect spots for couples to host their rehearsal dinner or reception. Seating arrangements can be made for up to 120 guests. Casual outdoor affairs are able to enjoy their backyard area that boasts picnic tables that seat up to 64 individuals. Larger groups of up to 300 guests are welcome to rent tents in order to create their own unique lake view sites, with lodging only a few steps away. The ski hut, heated with vintage wood stoves, is perfect for late night dance parties, beer swaps, and has a capacity of 40 guests. Ceremony sites include the hillside that overlooks shimmering Lake Caspian, woodland sanctuaries on Barr Hill, and Highland Lodge's gorgeous sandy beach.
