We are the parents of the groom and we were extremely impressed with Hilltop from beginning to end. Five in our family have celiac disease and are gluten-free including the groom and a few other guests. Everything was prepared gluten-free and all of us that have celiac disease were confident we would not have any issues with the dinner that was prepared. That was evident from our tasting party which was also totally gluten-free.
No announcement was made that the food was gluten-free and it was enjoyed by everyone who attended the wedding. The appetizers included mini meatballs, spinach dip, cheese and crackers and an assortment of fresh homemade delights.
Two items that people raved over were the broccoli mac & cheese and the pan fried coated chicken.
Everything was professionally prepared by the chef and the catering was outstanding.
Our family highly recommends Hilltop for catering and dine in at the restaurant whether you are gluten-free or not.
