Dear Bride and Groom,
Congratulations on your recent engagement! This is such a wonderful time in your life! Choosing the site for your wedding reception is an important decision. Here at the Hilton Garden Inn, we strive to make this day everything you have always dreamed of!
Our banquet and catering staff will provide unparalleled service on your wedding day to ensure that you and your guests only worry is having a great time. From our exquisite menus, lavishly decorated ballrooms, to our state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, we are dedicated to personalizing every wedding to your unique style.
We offer three ballrooms:
- Illini Ballroom: 7,080sq ft-seats up to 400 at rounds of 10
- Legacy Ballroom: 6,360 sq ft-seats up to 300 at rounds of 10
- Alumni Room: 4,800 sq ft-seats up to 200 at rounds of 10 (Ceiling height 9’6”)
Once you have met the minimum food purchase there is no rental fee for the following:
- Set-Up & Tear Down
- StandardLinens & Skirting
- Table-wear
- Round or Square Mirrors
- Square Vases
Our linen choices for your round tables are white and black skirting of your head table, cake table, DJ table, and gift table are black.

Beautiful Venue
We wanted to book a venue at/near a hotel so that guests would have a place to stay - that didn't require driving (and buses to/from was an additional cost we didn't have in the budget). We couldn't be more happy with our decision to have our reception at the Hilton Garden Inn. Michael - the event coordinator was amazing to work with - he helped make my ideas a beautiful reality and made the process extremely smooth. The food was delicious and the entire staff the night of was fantastic. We have multiple guests comment on - and even personally tip - their waiters. The bartenders were also fantastic - and the late night event coordinators (that helped with clean up) were SO nice and helpful. Highly recommend this venue!

We booked with Jennifer and the Hilton Garden Inn just last weekend. Jennifer has been amazing to work with thus far and I can not wait to see what she can do on our big day. Our wedding will not be until next year, so I will post a follow up review after. So far I have loved working with Jennifer and the quality of service we have received.
Update:
Our wedding was flawless. I do not have enough words to describe how pleased we are with our how our day went. Jennifer and her staff were amazing. They allowed us to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing. During our rehearsal dinner they gave tips as we practiced walking down the aisle. They pointed out things that we had not even thought about. On the day of they took care of everything. Turning on the LED candles we had going down the aisle, setting up the entire ceremony and reception, lighting all the candles on our tables, moving lanterns from the ceremony to the reception, they got us lined up for both the ceremony and reception introductions, they even got my spouse and I, a container of food for each of us that they put in our room for us for later in the evening along with 2 pieces of cake. I could seriously go on and on. I could not be more grateful to the girls and the staff at the Hilton. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

What a beautiful banquet hall! As a DJ, I've seen many halls in the Campaign area, and this one is beautiful. The high ceilings, and elegant dance floor are just the beginning. Their staff are wonderful to work with as well! From the front office staff and everyone in between - they are all about service, service, and service.
