Hudson-Chatham Winery was originally built in the 1790s as a dairy farm, serving the local area. After renovations, it reopened in 2006 as the very first winery in Colombia Country. Its current owners Steven Rosario and Justen Nickell, offer an eco-friendly approach to wine-making, with a focus on sustainably produced hybrid vintages.
