This hidden gem is situated among 88 acres of gorgeous preserve lands that feature stunning natural scenery just outside the city and around the corner from the heart of Oak Brook. A perfect backdrop in any season, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in Grand Oaks Pavilion showcase the surrounding bounty. Whether couples are looking for a sophisticated ballroom soirée or an open-air lakeside ceremony, this hotel is a perfect choice.
Facilities and Capacity
Hyatt Lodge offers 47,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor event space. The Prairie Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests and offers panoramic views of a tranquil lake. Alternatively, the Grand Oaks Pavilion is an enchanting space with an outdoor garden terrace that seats up to 200 guests. For smaller gatherings, the Q-Room accommodates 60 guests and has a private patio that is perfect for a cozy ceremony or cocktail hour.

Hyatt Lodge offers 218 luxurious rooms and large suites to accommodate overnight wedding guests. The hotel provides discounted rates for room blocks as well as a complimentary guest room for the newlywed's wedding night. Small dog breeds not weighing more than 60 pounds for combined weight of 2 dogs max are also welcome to stay, meaning that couples' and guests' canine companions can join in the celebration.

The best staff ever!
The perfect day
Everyone from the check in staff to the maintenance crew were wonderful. Our bartenders, Anthony and Dan were super friendly and kept the party going. Our personal server, Barb, was constantly ensuring my husband and my needs were met and even brought out a platter of appetizers while we were taking pictures on the grounds during cocktail hour. Cheryl, our banquet manager, did a fantastic job of working with our planner to solve any last minute hiccups without adding any additional stress on my husband or me. Prior to our wedding, planning with the Hyatt was also really easy. Lynsey, our assistant did a great job of ironing out details with our planner and made sure we had a great tasting experience. The platform Hyatt uses for payments was uncomplicated it was effortless to negotiate our contract with the Hyatt and get last minute things added to our final order. The overall cost was also very reasonable for all of the services that the Hyatt provided. I could not have asked for a better wedding experience, everything was just so beautiful and perfect!
