This facility offers a combined space of 60,000 square feet, providing a multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces that can fit anywhere up to 900 guests.
- Grand Ballroom - a 14,122-square-foot space that has floor-to-ceiling windows and a grand pre-function, offering beautiful city views and accommodating anywhere up to 800 guests in its main space.
- Lake Washington Ballroom - a junior ballroom of 4,943 square feet that can host 220 people for a banquet, featuring 14-foot ceilings with a huge wall of windows and access to an outdoor covered terrace and pre-function room.
- Olympic Terrace - featuring 3,600 square feet of event space and can accommodate a lakefront ceremony up to 400 guests.
- Mercer Terrace - can host a total of 250 guests for your lakefront ceremony.

Angela started her career in hospitality 15 years ago with the majority of her experience working in food and beverage management in Chicago, Illinois. In 2021, she was given an opportunity to try the role of Catering Sales Manager and fell in love with seeing events come to life. She likes to imagine her grandma is smiling down on her for following in her catering footsteps. Angela has been overseeing weddings at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington since August 2022.
Katelyn’s passion for hospitality and weddings has grown over the span of her 12 year career which began in San Diego, California in 2011. Katelyn brought her knowledge and expertise to Washington State back in 2018 to open a new Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle. She holds her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management with a focus on Event Planning and her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional). She has found her true home in the PNW and cannot wait to help your Wedding vision come true with Lake Washington as the back drop.
Antonio began his career in hospitality in 2016 in Santa Barbara, CA. He began working in Event Operations which eventually led him to Sales and Events planning with weddings quickly becoming his favorite. He has serviced weddings in Santa Barbara, San Diego and most recently the PNW. He looks forward to making your dreams come true with Lake Washington as your backdrop.
