We were blown away with the professionalism and flexibility of the team at the Hyatt. Natalie and her team brought our dream wedding to life. They were very responsive via email and phone and assured us from the beginning that everything would run smoothly. Natalie took the initiative to connect with all of our vendors weeks before the wedding and coordinated with them throughout our wedding weekend. This allowed my family and I were able to relax and enjoy time with our guests throughout the weekend! Every event was perfectly on time, and several of our guests commented on how wonderful the hotel staff was to work with. We could not be happier with our choice in venue and strongly recommend the Hyatt to anyone planning their wedding!!

The Hyatt was a dream to work with. From the food, venue, setting up, and planning it was a breeze. The wedding coordinator takes all the stress out of planning your special day. The food was outstanding!! So many of my guests raved about the food. The ballroom space they have is gorgeous! Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention it is in the heart of downtown Louisville on 4th street.
