Illinois Wesleyan University is a small, liberal arts college with a beautiful park-like campus. You can have your wedding ceremony in our simply charming Evelyn Chapel or outside on our quad, which is part of the Illinois Wesleyan Arboretum of over 1,200 trees! Our ceremony and reception locations, including the Evelyn Chapel, are inclusive of all religions and couples. For your reception, our campus has two main venues. The first, the Young Main Lounge, is a traditional ballroom with wood floors - perfect for dancing! Attached to the Young Main Lounge is the Joslin Atrium, a glass atrium with views of our campus quad, that is the ideal location for a cocktail hour or perhaps a standalone space for a smaller event. Our second main reception location is our Hansen Center Court. Remodeled from our original campus gymnasium, the Hansen Center Court is a unique space that has the ability to be transformed to suit a wide variety of events.
