From beginning to end of the wedding, Ina was responsive, patient, meticulous and punctual with several meetings prior to the wedding, from creating Seating chart, picking up items to be set up on the day of the wedding, site visit/meeting and timeline planning, proper set up at Church and wedding site and coordination with vendors and on the day of wedding itself, Ina's and her team are very professional and work tirelessly to ensure that the wedding went through smoothly. Ina made my wedding day run super smoothly on the day of. Throughout the process up to the wedding day, she was also very attentive and would ask questions to keep me on schedule even though we only hired her as a day of wedding coordinator. She helped with our ceremony rehearsal, as well as with adding the finishing touches for decorating our ceremony and reception. She also brought an assistant who did an amazing job in putting together some last minute floral arrangements as well as cake decorating with the extra flowers I brought even though that wasn’t really part of their job description. She was also super responsive, both during the time leading up to the wedding as well as on the wedding day and basically did everything she could to make the day run smoothly. Overall, she was super professional, organized and great to work with and probably one of the best vendors I hired. Her rate also can’t be beat. I highly recommend her for any other brides who’s looking for a day of wedding coordinator!
