We hired JAM catering for our wedding on 11/19/2022. We had our tasting and we are blown away!! Everything was so delicious. My favorite part of the tasting was that the chef come out to greet each of the couples/families at the texting event. He talked to us a little bit about how the wedding day will look from him end. He answered all of our questions and expressed the teams flexibility to meet our wants and need for our big day. We are so excited!!!

Jeff Johnson went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding reception perfect and seamless. With his bubbly personality and solid professionalism, he calms all your fears and provides top-notch catering. He told me that it was his job to take care of everything and not to worry! And he certainly came through on his promise! The food looked as good as it tastes too. We received many compliments from our guests.

Jeff was responsive to my questions throughout the planning process. His suggestions for table placements, linens, food, etc are spot on. As well as creating a delicious menu, Jeff orders all tables, chairs, linens and bar ware. His wait staff exude the same charm and professionalism as Jeff. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jeff the Silent Chef again!

We had Jeff cater our Wedding in September 2017 ,and he was a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly Jeff was. During all the planning he was a great source of advice and guidance. He gracefully answered all my parents (numerous) questions and was basically our caterer/wedding planner.

Most importantly his food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were delicious! And everyone complimented the great dinner. Jeff also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full, and we are still recieving compliments! Jeff's staff were professional and so attentive and really set up our tables beautifully! Jeff went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect!
If you hire Jeff for your event you will not be dissapointed! I can't wait until the occasion comes that I can use him again!
