About
At this time, Rev. Sweeney has very limited availabitlity for bookings for 2024.
Every wedding, or vow renewal, ceremony is unique, designed with the participants so that it will be a memorable event for them and for their guests. Some weddings have very religious overtones, while some include religious aspects but are more secular. The ceremonies reflect the participants, the most important people attending. No two ceremonies have ever been the same.
Believing love is universal, Rev. Skip Sweeney is a perfect choice for interfaith or same-sex weddings.

2 EndorsementsSkip is our favorite officiant! Always on time, professional, caring and goes above and beyond our couples expectations. I always breathe a sign of relief knowing he was hired to do the rehearsal/ceremony which in my opinion is one of the most important part of the wedding experience. ,
John is always very easy to work with. He comes right over and talks to the string quartet, and is very clear about cues for the musicians. From the perspective of the ceremony musicians, this makes working with him a breeze. He is a personable and energetic officiant during the ceremony as well. We always enjoy watching and participating in his ceremonies.
