Kate did an amazing job on mine and my husband's wedding cake. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to do their wedding cake in the Capital Region Area.

Our cake was so beautiful! And it tasted even better than when we had our tasting. I don't think I can wait a year to open the saved cake lol!

My husband and I had planned on freezing the top tier of our wedding cake for our one-year anniversary, but this cake was so amazing that only a piece made it into the freezer and we ate the rest! We chose the vanilla bean cake with raspberry whipped cream and signature French buttercream frosting. The ingredients were all incredibly fresh, nothing was overly sweet and sugary, and the flavors really stood out. The cake was absolutely stunning as well. Kate was able to discern exactly what we were looking for by listening to our design suggestions, asking questions for clarification, and taking into account photos of different elements that we showed her. We could not have asked for a more perfect, clean, and precise finished product. Kate also took care of delivery for us at no charge (we were married in the Albany area), which was an immense help, and she was very accessible throughout the entire process as well. Overall, Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will certainly be repeat customers for our future events!
