Kayla was one the first vendors I hired for my engagement photos and wedding photos. I met her at a bridal expo and feel in love with her vibe and personality. Though we ended up spending way more than we wanted on photos, Kayla helped us see that these photos are an investment. The one photos in your life that you're going to look back on all the time! So we went with her. I'm so glad we did! She became part of the process. We took engagement photos in Balboa park. They came out divine. We had several meetings before the big day, and planned out all of the photos that we wanted to definitely get, on the wedding day. We even planned and shot a photo of my whole family (like 35 people) during cocktail hour!

So onto the day, Kayla and Kelly (she recommended two photographer and I'm so glad we did)did an amazing job of capturing the whole day! From first looks, to the ceremony, sunset photos, and the dance floor, every where I went they were taking pictures. They worked the whole wedding, but also made sure I had a drink, that we ate, checked in to see if I was feeling ok. So beyond photographing the most important day of my life, they were human! And I feel like that's a quality people lose sometimes in today's day, so I appreciated it.

I have yet to see the final products, except for a sneak peek on social media (and they look amazing!!!), but I can say my experience working with Kayla was great and not just because she's great at what she does but because she's a real person and you'll have a great time with her. One thing to note, her price does not come with photos included, those are an additional cost. She has different packages to purchase or ala carte (I don't know if that works with photos and not food, but we're going with it). But like I stated before, even though she cost more than I wanted to spend, I felt at peace knowing I'd get high quality work.

Kayla was fantastic and I can't wait to share all of my beautiful photos. She arrived early she stayed through the entire event and followed me even when I tried climbing a tree! I'm not your typical bride, and I'm not easy to work with, but Kayla stuck with me for the whole day and it was an absolute delight!

We got some great pictures taken at our wedding, but I felt that the group pictures could've been more organized. My husband and I chose pictures from the Pinterest board as requested prior to the shoot, but got very few of them. We had set a start and end time through the contract, but they came an hour early (before the bridal party was even at the church) and we ended up paying extra for her to stay late to get pics at the reception.
